Description

We're searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyer's agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. You'll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Applicants should be experienced, driven sales professionals who want to take the next step in their career. Apply now!

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the weekly team meetings
  • Attend at least 4 classes a month at the market center or via Zoom
  • Host at least 3 open houses a month either with another team member or on your own
  • Utilize Sierra Internationals to the fullest
  • Consistent continued efforts to connect with leads provided to you by the team and track all communications, smart plans, etc through Sierra International
  • Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
  • Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
  • Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market
  • Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget

    • Qualifications

  • Board membership required
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
  • Familiarity with the area real estate market conditions and current real estate trends
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car

    • Compensation

    $75,000 yearly
