Summary Objective: As the Real Estate Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in Onelife Fitness's strategic expansion by supporting the real estate team in site selection, market research, financial modeling, and project coordination. This role ensures smooth operations in the real estate, design, and construction processes by managing data, tracking critical timelines, and collaborating with internal and external partners.

Essential Functions:

  • Deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience to every member, every time.
  • Assist in tracking project timelines and key milestones to ensure smooth real estate, design, and construction processes.
  • Conduct market research and data analysis to help assess potential real estate opportunities.
  • Maintain real estate documentation, reports, and communication across teams.
  • Participate in special projects that enhance real estate development, lease administration, and site selection efforts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform market research and analysis to identify high-potential fitness locations based on demographic trends, competitor presence, and member demand.
  • Assist with research and financial modeling projections for real estate investments.
  • Organize and communicate critical dates across internal departments.
  • Stay informed on national and local business and market trends.
  • Participate in creating presentations.
  • Perform special projects as needed.

    Required Experience, Education & Certifications

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, development, or retail/fitness expansion.
    • Bachelor's degree in business or real estate related field of study
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
    • Demonstrated strong analytical, communication, leadership, and presentation skills
    • Experience with market research tools or real estate databases is a plus
