**The Role**
Provides project management support for the Lumen Energy and Sustainability team, providing technical support of building automation systems, energy tracking software, and energy efficiency initiatives.
**Work Location**
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S.
Travel percentage is 25-50%.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Direct oversight of the centralized energy management platform, ensuring facility systems are operating with a high degree of reliability and efficiency.
+ Individual will be responsible for remotely troubleshooting system issues, managing data analytics and reporting, and developing energy reduction initiatives.
**What We Look For in a Candidate**
+ Bachelor's Degree or related experience
+ Strong technical understanding of energy efficiency, mechanical and electrical facility systems, building automation systems, data analytics and reporting
+ Experience in telecom, high reliability facilities and/or datacenter environments preferred
+ Highly professional and self-motivated
+ Exceptional organizational and analytical skills with the ability to develop and manage concurrent projects
+ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills

**Compensation**
The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

**$80,510 - $107,340** in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, and SD.
**$84,740 - $112,980** in these states: AZ, AL, FL, GA, IN, IA, KS, MO, MT, NM, ND, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WV, WI, and WY.
**$88,980 - $118,630** in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, OR, and RI.
**$93,210 - $124,280** in these states: AK, CA, CT, DE, DC, IL, MD, MA, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
