This role focuses on supporting our agents by managing the administrative side of the business, so they can dedicate their time to serving clients and selling homes. We're seeking a candidate who's proactive, resourceful, and ready to make a meaningful impact on our growing team.Compensation:
- Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)

Responsibilities•Provide comprehensive support to the team lead in both professional and personal matters.•Manage and maintain database systems for client and lead tracking.•Screen phone calls and correspondence; direct them appropriately.•Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.•Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as needed.•Support multiple agents and ensure seamless client experiences.•Handle day-to-day office operations, including expense tracking and budget creation.•Assist with lead management and marketing efforts through social media and other platforms.•Guide clients through the closing process with a customer-first approach.•Eventually help hire, train, and oversee team members.•Stay organized with to-do lists and checklists while managing multiple priorities.Qualifications•Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.•Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems and applications.•Capable of multitasking and effectively managing time across projects.•Independent worker with excellent problem-solving abilities.•Outstanding interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.•A customer service mindset with a focus on building relationships.•College degree preferred; experience in social media marketing is a plus.•Willingness to obtain a real estate license (reimbursement provided).•Comfortable working with strong personalities and maintaining professionalism.•A team player with a proactive can-do attitude.
