The Merker Group is working with a top Am Law firm to find a mid to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate (with a minimum 4 years of experience) to join the firm's New York office.

This firm pays top of market compensation and bonus.

Job Requirements:

• Experience representing commercial and investment banks, debt funds and/or other regulated or non-regulated lenders.
• Experience in the areas of securitization, syndication and/or participation of commercial mortgage, construction and/or mezzanine loans.
• Experience with the representation of commercial real estate developers, owner/operators and borrowers is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials and a J.D. from a top tier US law school.
• Prior Am Law 100/200 firm experience.
• NY Bar license.
• Must have limited career moves please.
