Real Estate Finance (Securitization) Associate | DC & NY | #3326 & #3327

Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP is seeking an Associate with 2-4 years of law firm experience to work with its Real Estate practice group in the Washington, DC or New York, NY office locations. We are looking to add a team member with experience in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, real estate finance, and securitization matters.

We cultivate exceptional attorneys across all levels by providing them with the experiences and resources needed to build successful careers! The Associate will join an impressive practice that provides advice across various matters including lending, CMBS master and special servicing requests, negotiated servicing agreement transactions, and the acquisition of servicing rights in public and private securitizations. Associate will have extensive interaction with a variety of clients including master servicer, special servicers, commercial banks, and lenders on various securitization, real estate and finance matters.

We are seeking attorneys who possess:

  • Two to four years of applicable law firm experience.
  • Skills and knowledge related to a broad range of real estate finance and capital markets matters, with a focus on securitization matters.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Strong academic records and impressive communication abilities.
  • Confidence, self-motivation, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to assume immediate responsibility for matters in an active practice!
