Real Estate Focus - Director of Finance ($250,000 base)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee accounting, reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and investments
• Prepare annual budgets and manage quarterly lender reporting
• Manage corporate cash, invoices, receivables, and owner distributions
• Oversee payroll funding, 401k, and worker compensation audits
• Handle tax estimates and planning
• Monitor treasury activities and ensure compliance with policies and controls

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
• 10+ years of relevant accounting experience in real estate
• CPA preferred
• Experience with open-end fund reporting
• Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, partnerships, and S corps
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
• Team player with a high degree of professionalism
