Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base.

Achieve the best deal possible for the seller by conducting extensive market analysis to determine the listing price.

Coordinate with home inspectors and realtors to schedule inspections, open houses, and showings.

Negotiate contracts with buyer's agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client.

Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.

Qualifications:

Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.

One year of work experience in real estate.

Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.

Team player who believes their success is the team's success.

Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.

Compensation:

$100,000 at plan earnings
