Our real estate Team is looking for a Listing Agent to join our team! Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings.
  • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly.
  • Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base.
  • Work closely with Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing.
  • Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings, post listings to social media, and implement a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales.
    • Qualifications:
  • Familiar with customer databases used to store private client information.
  • Strong communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
  • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies.
  • Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself.
    • Compensation:

    $60,000 - $120,000 yearly
