Real Estate Litigation Associate - NYC

Our client, a mid-size real estate firm in New York City, is seeking a real estate litigation associate.

Qualified attorneys will have 7+ years of real estate litigation experience including some experience in the following areas:

• Representing clients in complex residential and commercial landlord-tenant matters
• Construction litigation
• Representing landlords, developers, boards of directors and managers of cooperatives and condominiums
• Handling various aspects of litigation, including negotiating and drafting contracts, sale of rights agreements, leases and property transfer documents

The salary range for this position is between $235,000 - $250,000, and may vary depending on a range of factors.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of experience handling sophisticated real estate matters is required
• Knowledge of New York City and State Court practice and procedure
• Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment
• JD from an accredited law school is required
• NY State bar admission required
