Job DetailsQualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school
• Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar
• 3 + years of Litigation experience
• Real estate and trial experience are a plus.
• Candidates must have excellent writing skills and be able to handle all pre-trial aspects of complex real estate litigations (initial pleadings, through discovery, researching and drafting motions, and conducting depositions).
• Experience with pleadings to trial in state Supreme Court, or federal courts is needed
• Appellate experience is preferred, not a requirement!
