The position will involve playing a critical role in leading the practice, collaborating with a team of talented attorneys and delivering top-tier legal counsel to clients. This firm's real estate practice is known for handling high-profile transactions, complex financing arrangements, and sophisticated development projects.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have;

• A J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the New York State Bar.
• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in real estate litigation with a proven track record of handling complex matters.
• Strong knowledge of real estate law, including landlord-tenant disputes, construction defects, zoning and land use, environmental issues, and real estate finance.
• Experience in managing a team and mentoring junior attorneys.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• A portable book of business is a plus.
