Real Estate Property Manager - RIA Property Management : Job Details

Description We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onsite Manager to oversee the daily operations of our apartment buildings within but not limited to Monterey Park, San Gabriel Valley, Arcadia, Long Beach, Huntington Beach, & Orange. This role combines responsibilities in leasing, facility management, and customer service, along with managing online tasks, emergency response, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and a hands-on approach to facility management. As part of the compensation package, the Onsite Manager will receive a discounted 1 Bed + 1 Bath apartment located in Monterey Park.
