You should be able to do arithmetic in your head quickly. - Extremely organized and compulsive about filing and record keeping - A fast learner who asks questions - Proficient computer skills including MSOffice, Google apps - Fluent in English, additional languages are a big PLUS The job involves working in a fast-paced environment with a tightly knit group, handling interactions with tenants, vendors, and management staff, using math, business sense, common sense, and creative problem solving to maintain the high performance of a growing company.
