Apply today!Responsibilities•With our current and future client commitments, prepare for a full-time commitment each week•We will work with you to develop your own career and hold you accountable to self-generate a minimum number of 5 buying/selling transactions for year 1•Engage in script practice as per team standards•Participate in team activities as required•Attend weekly team meetings, weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, and periodic training•Demonstrate expertise in pricing strategies, neighborhoods, and other buyer-related topics•Find homes that meet buyer clients' criteria and budget to generate sales faster•Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion•Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients' questions•Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show•Respond to all buyer client phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner to provide superior customer serviceQualifications•A valid Real Estate License is required for this job•Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision•Can spend a large amount of time driving•Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies•Professional in attitude and appearance
