Responsibilities

As our Title Processor, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating smooth and efficient real estate transactions. Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Escrow Management: Assisting with the entire escrow process from inception to closure, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Curing Title: Conducting thorough review of title searches and examinations to identify any potential issues or discrepancies that may impact the transaction and clearing those requirements found on title.
• Document Preparation: Drafting and preparing all necessary documents and paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Communication and Coordination: Serving as a primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, lenders, and real estate agents, to provide updates and address any inquiries or concerns.
• Notarial Duties: Utilizing your notary license to conduct signings in-office, ensuring all documents are executed correctly and in accordance with legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Be familiar with Florida real estate contracts
• Be able to fulfill lender title orders
• Be able to clear title requirements
• Be able to order Estoppels, surveys etc
• Be computer literate
• Bilingual is a huge plus
• Candidate must be detail oriented and have both strong customer service and writing skills to work with lenders, realtors, buyers and sellers. We have a fun, laid back office environment so we are looking for someone to fit in seamlessly.
