This position is governed by state and federal laws and agency/institution policy.FunctionsEstablishes and maintains manual and computerized real property record files of property value and usage according to state and federal regulations. Prepares and maintains all records of any changes to real property, such as addition of heating units, disposal of unnecessary buildings, and official changes in use of buildings to comply with National Guard documentation policies and procedures and to determine monetary value of real property assets. Conducts inventory and inspection of buildings and facilities to verify recorded acquisitions of real property installed equipment, such as heating units, and to ensure proper building maintenance. Maintains database on leases and licenses. Performs annual inspection of facilities and property at various locations.
