He updated the roles to have a rate increase, he is really looking for Symphony experience! If we cannot find Symphony experience, candidate must have heavy Teams experience and Skype for business. We will also be looking for Linux experience - team works with a chat application. Managers conducted the interview for our candidate Vipesh. We altered the title search to Linux admin - Looking for a chat implementation SME which is Linux based - Symphony, Matter Most, Skype for Business, etc. Team is responsible for operations support M365 (currently being deployed), instant messaging - Skype for Business, Matter Most, Persistent Chat, Symphony, and all emails coming in and out of the bank (adding spam filters, etc). Team acts reactively for production support - must have strong scripting skills Candidate interview feedback: Symphony, Mattermost, skype. Then AWS and splunk. They want someone who can work with the operational side but also the engineers. He said they told him developing symphony is their main focus but also some skype and Mattermost. Within his Symphony and Mattermost experience they discussed his Linux experience and what he has done•Candidate will be apart of the Skype chat and email team.•Ideally candidate will have expereince with Matter-Most platform by Skype (Linux and MySQL based) •Experience with Platform Persistant Chat - Microsoft•24x7 operations support level 3 - managing servers, infrastrucre and backend •Occasionally team has weekend deployments and rotate being on call
