REC WINTER PARK ATTENDANT - City of Rexburg, ID : Job Details

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Providing customer service for the Winter Park Rental Clubhouse. SUPERVISION: This position will work under the direct supervision of the Facility Manager. CATEGORY AND FLSA STATUS: Part-time 10-20 hours ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Assist and coordinate the Winter Park Rentals for daily operations and upkeep. Utilize the recreation software Rec1 to facilitate transactions. Provide customer service for patrons through face to face and phone. Maintain cleanliness standards by ensuring and completing janitorial duties. Sanitizing equipment regularly to keep clean standards Ensure money handling policies are upheld and maintained. Help customers get fitted for the right equipment MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Able to communicate well with the public and other city employees. Is self-motivated, ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to work well and collaborate with staff members and supervisors. Computer skills to be able to utilize the resources necessary to complete the essential duties aforementioned WORK ENVIRONMENT: Work is performed primarily in a recreation facility environment; will be required to work extended hours including evenings and weekends. Tasks require a variety of physical activities, such as walking, standing, stooping, sitting, reaching, and lifting. Common eye, hand, finger dexterity required. Mental application utilizes memory for details, verbal instructions, emotional stability, discriminating thinking and creative problem solving.
