This position assists the store management team in sales objectives, customer service, daily operational processes and merchandise presentation to achieve store goals. This position supports that the business runs efficiently, provides clear direction to team members, and communicates all necessary business, team member, and customer updates to store management team as needed.ResponsibilitiesCustomer: Customer service; ensures customer remains the top priority, Customer satisfaction; promptly and politely responds to inquiries and requests for supportEnd-to-end customer order process; lead and execute the on-line picking, packing and shipping the items in a timely, accurate and safe mannerMerchandising: Uphold company standards for merchandising presentation, Receives inbound shipments and accurately processes through receiving to floor placement within guidelinesStore cleanliness, Safety and securityFinancials: Inventory control; shipping supplies, back stock replenishment, Outbound and inbound transfersCustomer Service: Ensure that the guest remains the top prioritySkills and KnowledgeDetail oriented, Enthusiastic attitude, Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, Takes initiative and delivers results with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detailQualificationsRequired to stand and walk; talk or hear, both in person and by telephone; use hands to finger, handle or feel objects or controls; reach with hands and arms; differentiate colors.
