Receiving Associate - EStyle : Job Details

Job Type Full-time Description The Receiving Associate will be responsible for efficiently and safely coordinating, documenting, and unloading deliveries for ESTYLE. The receiving associate will possess great time-management skills, attention to detail and have a business mindset and work towards improving processes without compromising quality. Duties/Responsibilities:

• Process and input incoming shipments while ensuring accuracy.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for shipments, check orders for special requests
• Confirm that there are no damaged items received
• Verify that packing lists and company purchase orders match
• Scan, label, receive inbound orders
• Hand unload products and palletize items
• Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
• Stock shelves of received goods with forklift Inventory
• Assist with forklift operator duties as assigned
• Assist with Inventory team as assigned
• Assist in Production as assigned

• Forklift Operator certification required
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
• Able to work as part of a team
• Basic math skills
• Physical dexterity

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma/GED
• Warehouse experience: 1 - 2 years
• Forklift experience: 1 - 2 years

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods standing
• Ability to lift in excess of 50 lbs
