Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, Lincoln Electric is a $4.2B publicly traded company (NASDAQ:LECO) with over 11,000 employees around the world, with operations in 71 manufacturing and automation system integration locations across 21 countries and maintains a worldwide network of distributors and sales offices serving customers in over 160 countries.Location: Shelby- Shelby Township, MI,United States (US)Employment Status: Hourly Full-TimeFunction: Distribution/LogisticsReq ID:25179Receiving ClerkBasic Function:Responsible for physically entering materials in/out of warehouses and keeping track of inventory counts and locations using the company's ERP system.Duties and Responsibilities:Data Entry in ERP system and Microsoft Office ApplicationsHandles all Warehouse/Inventory functions.Count and verify all incoming materials.Assign warehouse locations for incoming materials physically and in the ERP system.Perform Inventory Stock checks.Perform Cycle CountsPull material for manufacturing.Count and stage Material for Manufacturing use according to Bill of Materials ListRetain signed documents of Materials to be sent to Manufacturing Dept.Perform ERP system transactions for movement of materials in/out of warehouse.Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer recordsMaintain a clean and organized work area.Operate Forklift/ Overhead Crane.Maintain Labeling of warehoused materials.Continue to improve, develop, and standardize the warehouse system.End of the year Inventory, plant wideTrain other employees as required.Perform all tasks as assigned by Department Supervisor or Manager.Enter excess Material into Inventory from finished projectsPrerequisites:Education: High School Diploma requiredExperience: Inventory Control / Warehousing experience is a plusLincoln Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
