Job Overview The Receiving Clerk is responsible for the shipping and receiving of all merchandise and inventory, as well as completing all necessary and related legal paperwork. This is a part-time position working 20 hours per week at our Central Fabrication Center in Tampa, FL. Responsibilities
- Coordinate activities with Supervisor for the receiving of supplies.
- Assist with shipping of outgoing merchandise in accordance with accepted corporate policies and procedures.
- Validating documents and reports in accord with the unloaded merchandise.
- Making note of any damaged goods or any other discrepancies and reporting the same to the supervisor.
- Managing stock records and inventory lists.
- Systematically handling and storing all received goods.
- Ensuring delivery of all received goods in a timely manner in accordance with departmental procedures.
- Initiating and executing all safety procedures and standards with regard to storage and receipt of merchandise.

- Experience using a PC for data entry
- Knowledge of, safety, legal and handling procedures of goods
- High School Diploma/GED
