Overview Quincy Medical Group (QMG) has an exciting opportunity for a Receiving & Delivery Specialist to join our team. QMG is a multi-specialty group practice with more than 155 physicians and providers in West Central Illinois, Southeast Iowa, and Northeast Missouri. Responsibilities As a Receiving and Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible for all aspects of inventory and product management. This includes leading the receiving, storing, and delivery of equipment, materials, supplies, and merchandise. You will collaborate with office coordinators to ensure that all necessary supplies are available and assist with special-order items or physician requests as needed. Occasionally, you will prepare stock count reports for accounting purposes. This is an hourly, non-exempt position. Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Work location is in Quincy, IL. Qualifications A high school diploma or GED is required for this position. While 1-2 years of experience in purchasing and inventory management is preferred, experience with healthcare-related materials or a clinical background would also be beneficial. Strong computer skills are necessary for managing inventory and preparing reports. The role involves walking, reaching, and the ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
