It is important to us that our team members make a difference while still enjoying a work/life balance.Key Responsibilities:Stocks and issue materialsCounts material, equipment, merchandise, or supplies in stock and posts totals to inventory recordsEnsure the proper loading, unloading and handling of goods and materials by safely utilizing forklifts.Validating the received materials and goods with the invoices to ensure the precision of the goods delivered and completing all required documentationEnsure accurate and timely recording of inventory transactions.Conduct Physical Counts and adjust inventory discrepanciesInvestigate and resolve inventory issues, including discrepancies, damages, and losses.Provide quality control by inspecting parts and removing any defective pieces.Raise quality issues to the next level if quality is compromisedCounting, sorting, and weighing all inbound goods and authenticating the receipt of the same in accord with the packing slipInspecting the received goods, making note of any damages and discrepancies, and immediately reporting the sameQualifications:Minimum 3 years experience in inventory control or related experience and forklift experiencePrevious experience in sheet metal manufacturing a plusAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and works with urgencyStrong time management skills, deadline and detail orientedExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to work with cross functional teamsPositive attitude and action oriented.Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.* Why Join Us: *Competitive compensation package and benefits.Opportunity to make a significant impact on operational efficiency and quality.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Career development and growth opportunities within a growing company.How to Apply:If you are a results-oriented professional with a passion for driving continuous improvement in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!
