This includes managing inbound and outbound deliveries, ensuring that products are received and stored according to corporate standards, and maintaining accurate inventory records. The role involves liaising with suppliers to resolve delivery and quality issues, coordinating packaging and shipping operations, and ensuring adherence to safety, regulatory, and quality compliance standards.Key duties include unloading and inspecting incoming shipments, maintaining inventory control systems, implementing FIFO procedures, and troubleshooting warehouse equipment. Additionally, the specialist will be responsible for documenting and reporting material discrepancies, maintaining records for regulatory compliance, and supporting general warehouse sanitation and maintenance efforts.The position also requires adherence to safety protocols, including managing the storage of hazardous materials in compliance with relevant safety standards (e.g., HAACP, OSHA, FDA). The ideal candidate should have a strong focus on accuracy, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Shift Hours9:00am-5:30PM, Monday-FridayWhat you need to be considered for the role:Preferred: High School or GEDMinimum of three (3) years of related work experience in the areas of Shipping, Receiving, Inventory and/or Supply Chain.Forklift experience required.Maintenance experience a plus.Physical Demands and Work Conditions:20-50lbs lifting, Climbing, Humid, Extreme Cold and Extreme Hot Temperatures.QualificationsEducationPreferredHigh School Diploma or better
