- Manage the receiving of truck deliveries and packages
- Organize the Loading and unloading trucks.
- Ensure all documents are filed.
- Make sure work spaces are maintained
- Must be able to maintain equipment and schedule maintenance as needed.
- Ensure inventory is accurate on all incoming receipts.
- Responsible for the filing of receipts and that it is organized and always available when needed.
- Able to lead an inspection team to ensure all shoes have been properly inspected and that each case has proper documentation for disposition
- Navigate through D365 system in order to find transfer and Sales orders sent by internal and External customers
- Lead the team to maintain production goals set by SAS
- Able to communicate and correct all issues pertaining to shoes received from the Factory.
- Receive all DOD Shoes and place them in locations that can be picked.

- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to walk/stand for 8 - 10 hours.
Education & Experience Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- 6 months supervising experience
- Experience leading a team to achieve company goals
