Receptionist - 1st Shift (8:30am-5pm M-F) - Inova Staffing : Job Details

RECEPTIONIST - SPRING HILL Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant looking to help a dynamic team and make a difference? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our client in Spring Hill. Responsibilities:

• Meet & greet all clients.
• Answering a multi-line telephone system, taking accurate messages, screening calls.
• Answer company, customer and vendor inquiries via telephone, mail, email, or walk‑in.
• Responsible for keeping a fax log, phone log, & mail logs.
• Manages Receptionist Front Desk Area, Lobby, Conference Rooms & Bathrooms.
• Maintain complete and accurate client records, making corrections and modifications as needed.
• Maintain filing system, including updating information, purging files, and creating new files as needed.
• Provides administrative support including correspondence, special projects, travel arrangements, client gifts.
• Keep inventory office supplies and equipment, ordering additional supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous Receptionist experience
• Strong computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Ability to type 50+ wpm.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Benefits:
