RECEPTIONIST - SPRING HILL Are you an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant looking to help a dynamic team and make a difference? We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our client in Spring Hill. Responsibilities:
- Meet & greet all clients.
- Answering a multi-line telephone system, taking accurate messages, screening calls.
- Answer company, customer and vendor inquiries via telephone, mail, email, or walk‑in.
- Responsible for keeping a fax log, phone log, & mail logs.
- Manages Receptionist Front Desk Area, Lobby, Conference Rooms & Bathrooms.
- Maintain complete and accurate client records, making corrections and modifications as needed.
- Maintain filing system, including updating information, purging files, and creating new files as needed.
- Provides administrative support including correspondence, special projects, travel arrangements, client gifts.
- Keep inventory office supplies and equipment, ordering additional supplies as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous Receptionist experience
- Strong computer skills in Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Ability to type 50+ wpm.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
