About the Role
We are seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Dallas. This role is the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and team members, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front desk experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Coordinate food orders and catering for meetings and office events.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and document preparation.
- Maintain office supplies and keep common areas organized.
- Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) is a plus.
