Our client is seeking a highly-polished administrative professional to be tasked with both Receptionist and Administrative duties. This contract is expected to last 1-2 years ending with opperotunity for vertical movement within the company. If you work well under pressure and thrive in fast paced enviornments, this is the role for you. salary: $25 - $26 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Receptionist •Coordinate reception, greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner, determine their needs, and notify the person(s) being visited and/or escort guests as requested •Stay within the vicinity of the reception area and secure desk coverage for any absences from other Executive Assistant(s) •Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously, screen calls, and transfer callers to appropriate individual. Take complete and accurate messages and distribute messages in a timely manner •Receive and sort incoming mail, express envelopes, courier deliveries and faxes; distribute mail daily to employees •Prepare and post all outgoing mail and express envelopes daily and arrange for courier service as needed •Maintain orderly appearance of the reception area •Maintain orderly appearance of common workspaces and conference rooms daily and before and after scheduled meetings, and ensure technical issues are identified, resolved and tested before any scheduled meetings Administrative Assistant Provide administrative support to assigned officers/departments in the following areas: •Make domestic and international travel arrangements, coordinate visas, prepare itineraries, book accommodation and complete expense reports with an appropriate sense of urgency as applicable •Manage calendars, including coordinating and scheduling meetings, conference calls and/or lunches/dinners/events with internal and external parties The essential functions of this role include:
