Job Description :

Forward all AI receptionist communication to the right personnel

Assist with recruiting caregiver call and prospective client calls

Maintain prospective client logs and reports

Assist with missed clock in/out report and follow ups

Assist Director of Client Relations with reports

Assist the Gimbert/Carmen (owners) with duties as needed

Assist HR manager as needed with on boarding processing of new Caregiver Candidates

If CHHA certified, provide back up support whenever possible

On- Call rotation
