REQUIREMENTS
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Must be able to communicateclearly in verbal and written English
* Proficiency in MS Office systems and experience with a multi-line phone system
* Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
* Friendly, approachable, and hospitality-focused attitude with professional telephone etiquette
* Availability to work flexible hours, including morning, evenings, weekends and holidays as needed

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Concierge at Belmont Village Senior Living, you will be the welcoming face and initial point of contact for our vibrant community. Join us in creating a safe and welcoming environment for our residents, their families, and guests while supporting a variety of administrative and customer service tasks. This position is ideal for a friendly and organized professional with a passion for providing exceptional customer service and hospitality.
YOUR TYPICAL DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
* By phone or in person, greet residents, families, guests, and team members with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel welcomed and informed
* Answer a multi-line phone system with professionalism and direct all inbound calls to the appropriate person
* Respond promptly to inquiries, offer assistance, and provide residents and guests with information about community events, activities, and local amenities
* Monitor community access, manage sign-in kiosks, and ensure that safety protocols are followed to promote a safe environment
* Schedule transportation, manage meal and event reservations, coordinate package deliveries, and handle maintenance work orders in our electronic system
