Job Title: Receptionist & Customer Service RepresentativeLocation: Lawrenceville, GAPay: $17/hr - $20/hrSchedule: Monday to Friday, 8: 00 AM - 5: 00 PMAbout the Role:Are you a people-person with a passion for learning? We're looking for a dynamic Receptionist & Customer Service Representative for a temp-to-perm position to help with various aspects of our daily operations. If you're organized, tech-savvy, and enjoy interacting with customers, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!What You ll Do as the Receptionist & Customer Service Representative:Reception Duties:-Greet visitors and answer phones with a friendly, professional demeanor.-Assist with data entry, invoicing, and general office tasks using Excel and other software.-Edit and manage PDF documents.-Support multiple office departments, learning and adapting to new roles as needed.Customer Service Duties:-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms like Amazon and Etsy.-Process and ship orders, manage returns, and handle shipping claims.-Update sales reports, shipping logs, and track inventory.-Provide accurate shipping quotes and ensure timely order fulfillment.-Coordinate with shipping services and maintain communication with customers regarding order status.Qualifications of the Receptionist & Customer Service Representative:-At least 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or Receptionist role.-Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.-Strong phone etiquette and verbal communication skills.-Experience with office management systems and equipment (e.G., printers, copiers).-Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work well under tight deadlines.-Attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude.Personal Attributes:-Friendly, team-oriented, and eager to learn new things.-Excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing outstanding service.-A strong sense of responsibility and a positive, can-do approach to work.Why Join Us?Join a supportive team.
