This is a full-time, 36 hour per week position.

Your Role:

The ED Receptionist answers the phone in a professional manner, triaging the calls. Greets and responds to all patients and visitors in a friendly, caring manner. Maintains a clean, organized area in the Nurse's Station.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • License/Certifications: N/A
  • Experience: N/A
  • Able to use Meditech systems with accuracy.
  • Understands workflow in central work area to maintain a proper flow of patients
  • Ability to work independently in a face-paced environment.
  • Good keyboard skills, reasonably good computer skills with detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service.
