Greeting visitors that arrive to the 41st floor
Managing phones as back up for the OpCo members
Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time
Transferring calls as necessary
Handling queries and complaints via phone, email, instant message and in person
Managing meeting room availability
Coordinating internal and external events
Receiving, sorting and distributing daily mail
Handling printing, photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
Managing office inventory such as stationery, equipment, and furniture
Overseeing office services like cleaners and maintenance service providers
Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the 41st floor
Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of the office for the OpCo members and admins
