Job DescriptionGreat new Career Opportunity in Long-Term Care Pharmacy!Now Hiring - Receptionist - CareOne at Cherry HillHours: Per-DiemThe Receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:1. Responsible for busy front desk2. Greet & direct visitors3. Answer busy switchboard, transfer calls, & use paging system as needed4. Order office supplies and other supplies as needed for office and pharmacy5. Assist Human Resources within filing, calling references, setting up interviews, etc.6. Assist Professional Services department by scheduling meetings, put together policy binders, and other materials as needed7. Provide administrative & clerical assistance as neededEducation:High School Diploma or EquivalentProfessional Experience:

• 0-2 years experience as a Receptionist, preferably in a busy/fast paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining an Organized workspace
• Strong Communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff
