POSITION: Receptionist PAY RATE: 17.59/hour

SHIFT: 1st shift (hours to be determined)

DEPT NO: 5003

SUPV/MGR: Nicki Nelson

Role Responsibilities:

Performs administrative support duties to enable location to run in an efficient manner.

Provides phone and personal support such as answering phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls and providing appropriate information.

Serves as a first point of contact for external visitors.

Assures that proper badge procedures are adhered to.

May schedule meetings and make arrangements as required.

May assist with event planning.

Maintains conference room appearance and supplies

Processes forms, requisitions and invoices as directed.

May organize periodic reports and distribute as requested.

Assists with preparing and updating catalogs, manuals and related documentation.

Organizes and maintains electronic and written records.

Completes administrative duties such as filing, typing, etc.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma.

1 year related experience required.
