Ultimate Staffing is excited to present a temporary to hire opportunity for a Receptionist position with one of our esteemed clients in Newburyport. This role offers an excellent chance to join a dynamic team and potentially transition into a permanent position.

Position Overview: The Receptionist will provide vital administrative and operational support for the front desk operations at our client's Newburyport branch.

  • Location: Newburyport, MA (100% onsite)
  • Schedule: 8:00am-4:30pm (Monday - Friday)
  • Type: Full-Time / Temporary to Hire
  • Pay: $21.00 - $23.00/DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound communications (phone calls, emails, and faxes)
  • Greet and assist office visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Manage office supplies and inventory
  • Generate reports and provide administrative support to leadership
  • Coordinate office facilities and maintain workspace organization
  • Perform various administrative tasks and special projects as needed

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Self-starter with ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Must have prior administrative experience within a corporate setting
  • Must be willing to train in Portland, ME office for 1-2 days
