Position Responsibilities:

* Answering phones

* Organizing paperwork in shop

* Ordering parts and inventory

* Maintaining work flow in shop

* Keeping customers updated on the status of their vehicles' repairs

* Coordinating transportation services

* Delivering a high level of customer service
