Summary

Connect Search is hiring a Receptionist in Madison

Responsibilities

  • Operate receptionist software to answer, screen, forward calls and take messages.
  • Greet persons entering establishment, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
  • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries.
  • Maintain document inventory for offsite storage
  • Maintain postage meter and overnight envelopes
  • Responsible for ordering all office supplies and forms
  • Maintain kitchen area –ordering and stocking supplies
  • Develop/Maintain required office compliance documents
  • Responsible for Cashiering (incoming checks and money movements)
  • Review and dissemination of daily reports
  • Review of Daily Trades
  • Transmit information or documents to customers, using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
  • Maintaining/Scanning customer correspondence

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma and general office experience are required. A FINRA Series 99 is preferred, but not mandatory. You will be required to pass the Series 99 regulatory exam within your first year of employment.
