Receptionist (Bilingual Required)

- Continually monitor and respond to e-mails for incoming customer inquiries.
- Accurately enter and update customer information in the database.
- Conduct employee intake processes, including onboarding documentation and communication.
- Provide general administrative support to other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish (required).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Strong organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems.
