Job Description :
Office Assistant/Receptionist experience? PrideStaff on behalf of a client located in Coral Springs is seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist who will perform general office support and a variety of clerical task. The ideal candidate must be able to excel with time management skills to thrive in this fast pace environment!! Responsibilities:
  • Receive, sort and forward incoming mail, publications and small packages including retrieving and distributing mail from outside
  • Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Preparing snacks, coffee/tea orders, monthly Birthday Cakes, Office supplies inventory and ordering, organizing small business lunches
  • Hands on experience with office equipment (i.e. copy machines and printers)
  • Plan and schedule appointments and events
  • Greet and assist onsite guests
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and answering client inquiries
  • Perform all other office tasks
Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service experience is a MUST
