• Directs customers to department
• Handles all incoming calls
• Sets appointments for Service Team
• Will be responsible for inbound phone calls

Requirements:

• Dealership Experience not required but recommended
• Telephone or retail sales is required
• Must be Self-motivated and energetic
• High energy
• Answer the call with a SMILE
• Professional personal appearance
• Excellent communication skills
