Position Summary The clinic Receptionist will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations while adhering to regulatory standards and upholding our mission, vision, and values. This position is non-exempt and benefits eligible after a 60-day waiting period. Position QualificationsMinimum Education

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred, but not required.

Experience

• 1 year of prior experience in a medical or clinic setting is preferred.

Required Registration/License/Certification

• Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association is preferred, but not required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in medical terminology and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of privacy regulations, such as HIPAA.
• Strong computer proficiency and organizational abilities.
• Adaptability, attention to detail, and effective time management.

Physical Demands

• Sitting: The role primarily involves sitting for extended periods while performing administrative tasks at a computer workstation or front desk.
