CMT Services, Inc. is recruiting for a receptionist. Job Title: Receptionist (Non-Exempt) Location: Largo, MD Category: Administrative Support Services - Temporary Position ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Receptionist
- Receives incoming visitors and telephone calls.
- Greets and assists visitors in a professional manner.
- Issues visitor badges.
- Interface with visitors and callers who may include high-level U.S. Government officials, Congressional staff members and senior executives from Prince Georges County.
- Handles a variety of clerical support services to include but not limited to arranging for car service.
- Accepts incoming mail and courier packages.
- Coordinates visitor access with the building guards.
- Maintains the maintenance of visitor's logs.
- Coordinates conference room scheduling and assist with arrangements of meetings.
- Responds to and/or direct incoming calls/inquiries to the appropriate office or individual.
- Maintains the reception areas appearance in a well-organized, clean, and professional manner at all times.
- Performs other administrative support duties as required.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 1 to 3 years of receptionist experience in a professional office environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to innovative and quality customer service.
- Ability to organize and handle multiple tasks.
- Ability to analyze written documents.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
LANGUAGES
DATA ENTRY EXPERIENCE
COMPUTER SKILLS
- Proficiency with computerized information systems
SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENT
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Awareness of information and physical security procedures.
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENT
EDUCATION
- High School diploma required, higher education a PLUS

ANTICIPATED WORK SCHEUDLE
- Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
MANDATORY TRAINING
- Must successfully complete mandatory training requirements within required time frame.
CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States of America (U.S. Citizenship).
- Must successfully complete a background investigation.
