Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Manage the telecommunications system, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling general correspondence.
  • Transfer calls as necessary, ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff members in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional and courteous responses to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  • Oversee office supplies inventory, including stationery, equipment, and supplies.
  • Assist Directors and other senior staff members with administrative tasks as needed.
  • Coordinate internal and external staff events, managing all logistical aspects.
  • Handle appraisals for jewelry and watches, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Cross train with other roles to serve as back up support.
