Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements including administrative projects and expediting work results.Key Responsibilities1. Answer phones and take messages.2. Distribute mail. 3. Meter daily outgoing mail and drop off at mailbox.4. Maintain postage meter and supplies.6. Print off and mail invoices to customers.7. Fax ASN's.8. Greet customers and visitors.9. Handle incoming and outgoing emails and/or faxes and distribute to appropriate personnel.10. Make copies and typing as required.11.
