Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Description Sun-Maid is looking for an administrative professional to join our Executive team in the Fresno Corporate office. This person will offer office-related administrative and routine clerical work answering phones, receiving the public, processing mail, maintaining office supply and caf inventory, and conference room set-up and management. As well as supporting the Executive team managing schedules, and other daily operations while interacting with senior management throughout the organization. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications, proficient in the Microsoft Suite. Essential Job Duties: •Greet customers, vendors, and other visitors - refer them to the appropriate person or department. •Prepare outgoing mail; sort and distribute incoming mail; pick up and drop off mail at the post office. •Manage all messenger service processes - setup, receive and dispatch deliveries. •Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby space. •Maintain office supply inventory.•Manage caf and kitchenette spaces including cleaning, maintenance, and inventory supplies. •Manage meeting room usage. •Assist with C-Suite meeting preparation including room setup and meal prep. •Perform ad hoc administrative duties as needed. •Schedule meetings, arrange appointments, and manage executive calendars. •Arrange corporate travel, develop itineraries, and track expenses.•Applies the utmost discretion given exposure to the most sensitive company information that others on the executive assistant team may not be privy to.•Completes projects and special assignments by establishing objectives, determining priorities, managing time, gaining cooperation of others, monitoring progress, problem-solving and adjusting plans.•Acts as an extension of the Executive Team in the operation of daily affairs of the executive's business.RequirementsJob Qualifications: •Professional, happy and cheerful - starts every day with a positive attitude! Must have a warm and welcoming personality, comfortable handling phone calls and e-mails. •Excellent social and interpersonal skills and communication are required. •Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills required. •Strong customer service skills - polite phone manner. •Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint and Teams)•Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills; detail oriented.•Ability to use discretion when dealing with information of a sensitive or confidential nature.•Ability to manage an executive's calendar and make travel arrangements.•Actively participate and collaborate with others.Education and Experience: •Front office experience preferred.•High School diploma or higher.•Valid Driver's license.Salary Description $25/hr
