If exceeding expectations and improving lives is your passion, you are in the right place Cross Creek Hospital is searching for a Weekend Receptionist who wants to work alternating weekends, Saturday and Sunday. We are located in Austin, TX. SHIFTS AVAILABLE: Alternating Weekends, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 8:30pm PURPOSE STATEMENT: The Receptionist position plays a key role in creating a supportive and safe environment for patients, their families, and all staff members at Cross Creek Hospital. The ideal candidate genuinely enjoys exceeding customer expectations and is a cross-functional collaborator that elevates the people around them. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Perform general clerical duties assigned in accordance with the office procedures of the facility. Answer and transfer telephone calls or take messages. Sort and deliver incoming mail and send outgoing mail. Schedule appointments and receive visitors. Provide general information to staff, clients or the public. Type, format or edit routine memos or other reports. Copy, file and update paper and electronic documents. Collect information and perform data entry.
