The recording function includes many facets, including, but not limited to; knowledge of recording compliance requirements across a broad spectrum of jurisdictions.In this position you will need a basic understanding of real estate title, document curative, the closing process and the fundamentals of title insurance.What you will do for TC&E:

• Review, evaluate, and submit for record title related documents in various jurisdictions across the United States
• Recognize deficiencies, and the skills to implement corrective action
• Effectively coordinate corrective actions with other departments
• Manage a dynamic workflow
• Effectively and accurately generate title insurance

What you will bring to TC&E:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Title & title insurance experience, excellent communication, and customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and would prefer some REO, Short Sale closing experience
• National title and closing experience or experience with mortgage trailing docs
• Attention to detail
• Develop and maintain data bases
• Understanding and skills to utilize various research sources
• Prioritize tasks based on potential liability and urgency
